Leadership influence is mediated. SchoolOS never claims that a decision caused a student result, and it does not score leadership or people.

Seven lenses

Each lens is a different question to ask of the same school. They shape what SchoolOS looks for — they are not measures, and no lens produces a score.

What SchoolOS will and will not do

Evidence before interpretation

Facts from the school's own records come first. Any reading of them is offered second, and marked as a reading.

SchoolOS structures; people lead

SchoolOS proposes what it found in a document or a meeting. A person keeps, edits or rejects it before anything enters the record.

Absence is not failure

Missing evidence is reported as a gap in what has been recorded, never as a judgement about the work or the people doing it.

Nothing is invented

No dates, owners or findings are generated. A missing date stays “needs a date”.

No scoring, no surveillance

SchoolOS does not score leadership, rank people, or track individual activity. It holds no student personal data.

Always answerable

Every interpretation can answer “Why am I seeing this?” with the records behind it.

What SchoolOS is not

Not a student information system, a learning platform, a project manager, a dashboard, performance-management software or student analytics. It is the leadership layer that keeps direction, responsibility, decisions, follow-through and evidence connected.
